You don't need more motivation. You need to know what to do first.
Six things are due. There's a test Thursday. There's late work you've been avoiding because looking at it makes you feel worse. You sit down to start and end up doing nothing, because everything feels equally urgent.
That usually isn't laziness. It's what happens when everything is stored in your head with no way to sort it.
What this kit does
LOCK IN is a short, practical study kit built for that exact moment. It helps you:
- Get everything out of your head and onto one page
- Decide what to do first with a simple score, instead of guessing
- Break big assignments into small steps you can actually start
- Catch up when you're behind, with a 3-day rescue plan and a 7-day reset
- Deal with late work, including an email to your teacher you can copy and send
- Stay on top of things with a 10-minute weekly check-in
It's a planning tool, not a planner to decorate. Every page has one job.
What's included
You get both editions in one download:
- LOCK-IN-Digital.pdf: a dark edition for GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes or any PDF app. Readable on a phone.
- LOCK-IN-Print.pdf: a light, ink-friendly edition for printing at home or school.
- START-HERE.pdf: a 2-page guide that tells you which version to use and how to begin.
The 16 pages:
- Cover

How it works
Most people are through the first four steps in about 20 minutes.
- Dump it. Write down every assignment, test and worry. No sorting yet.
- Rank it. Score each task on urgency, grade weight and what happens if you miss it.
- Pick one. Answer five yes/no questions, and you'll land on a single task.
- Shrink it. Break that task into steps of 45 minutes or less.
- Start. Set a 25-minute timer and do step one.
After that, use only the pages that match your situation. Due tomorrow? Page 07. Behind in several classes? Pages 08 and 13. Can't focus? Pages 11 and 12.
You can reuse it all year. Duplicate pages in your note app, or print them again.
Who it's for
- High school and college students juggling several classes
- Students who've fallen behind and don't know how to catch up
- Anyone heading into midterms or finals
- Parents looking for a practical tool to give their teen
It's probably not for you if you want a decorative planner, or something that does the work for you. LOCK IN helps you plan and start. The work is still yours.
An honest note: no PDF can promise better grades, and this one doesn't. What it can do is get you past the stuck part, where you don't know where to start.
FAQ
What do I get?
Three PDFs in one ZIP file: a Digital edition (dark), a Print edition (light), and a 2-page Start Here guide. It's an instant download, so nothing is shipped.
Do I need to buy the Digital and Print editions separately?
No. Both are included for $9.
What devices does it work on?
Anything that opens a PDF. To write on it, use a tablet app like GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Xodo or Adobe Acrobat. On a phone it's best for reading and following along.
What paper size is it?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). If you use A4 paper, choose "Fit to page" when you print.
Is it for high school or college?
Both. It works with deadlines, grade weight and tasks, which every level has.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. Duplicate pages in your note app or print them as often as you like for your own use.
Can I share it with friends or my class?
The license covers one person's personal use, so please don't share or redistribute the files. Teachers and tutors who want to use it with a group can message us through this store.
